Bucharest, April iS. - The Rou-
manian government announces that at
the request of inhabitants of Transyl-
vania who complained of ill treatment;
at the hands of Bulgarian troops, Rou-
~manian troops there have been order-
ed to advance. The troops will ac-
cupy the territory allotted to Rouma-
nma by the council in Paris.
