Oklahoma---The Girls' Glee club re- cently made a tour of the towns in the vicinity of Norman, where they were entertained in the homes. The management is planning week-end trips to other portions of the state. Oklahoma- A big publicity cam- paign is being launched here consist- ing of articles written to each news- paper in the state in regard to the work and activties of the students in the university who come from the county, or town in which the newspa- per is located. It is to be the biggest series of publicity campaigns that has ever been put on by the university. Wisconsin- Wisconsin women are to havea war work memorial to place beside that of the men. A committee appointed to compile statistics is drawing up- a questionnaire to be dis- tributed to all university women, which covers the field of war work carried on in the United States dur-i ing the war. The questionnaire is divided into two ,main parts, time giv- en to war work during the school year, and time' given during vacation. MATHEWS ADDRESSES FOREIGN STUDENTS CLUB SUNDAY NIGHT "Amer'ica and World Peace" Subject of Chicago Dean's Talk in Lane Hall Dean Shailer Mathews of the Uni- versity of Chicago has been secured to address a meeting of the Cosmo- politan club at 9 o'clock Sunday even- ing in Lane hall. His subject will' be "America and World Peace" and is being anticipated with much pleasure due to the fact that Dean Mathews spoke last December at the annual convention of Cosmopolitan clubs at the University of Chicago. This meeting will be held follow- ing Dean Mathew's lecture at the Methodist church and -the public is cordially invited. Owing to this lec- ture, there will be no meeting of the student forum Sunday night. Dean Mathews has spent consider- able time abroad and will present an appeal of special interest from the foreign point of view.
