Braisted, surgeon general of the navy. Application may be made for posi- tions as assistant surgeon of the medi- cal corps and of the medical reserve corps as well. Positions as acting dental surgeon in the dental and den- tal reserve corps, assistant paymaster, second lieutenant in the marine corps, and chaplain. The examinations of candidates will be held in Chicago, Boston, New York and other cities on June 19, 1916. Detailed information concerning the necessary qualifications for these po- sitions and for the right to be exam- ined may be obtained from the secre- tary of the medical school.
