Edison Proof vs. Talking Machine
Classics
Hadyou been among the 6oo Ann Arbor Music Lovers last
night at the High School Auditorium, when Miss Marie Kaiser,
singing in unison with some of her own Edison Records, be-
ing played on an Edison Diamond Disc, you would have
found it impossible to distinguish the Living Voice from that
of the Edison.
Mr. Abraham Bond also showed that Edison Violin Rec-
ords will stand the same test.

What do Talking Machine Makers prove? They claim
everything. But they do not give a "Tone Test Recital"
such as Edison is now giving all over the country-because it
would reveal the lack of fidelity.
The yew Edison ' Diamond Disc with its great library of
records of the World's Best Music by the Best Artists, sets a
New- Standard of Music for the Home. It Re-creates, it gives
the kind of n usic that one loves to hear over and over again.
The kind that people pay thousands of dollars to hear. It is
the Real Thing. So different trom what people have accepted
as good in the ordinary Talking Machine as to bear no com-
parison. Let us demonstrate to you in 3 our own home.

On Saturday and Monday, March 25 and 2; on Sat-
urday and Monday, April i and 3; and on Thursday and
Friday, April 6 and 7 the sales will take place at the ticket
window in Hill Auditorium. On intervening and following
days tickets will be on sale at the University School of Music.
Persons having pre-festival cover coupons for exchange
please deduct $3.00 from above prices.
Sales begin at EIGHT o'clock in the morning.

LOCATE MISSING AVIATOR
Columbus, New Mexico, Mar. 23. --
Lieutenant Edgar S. Gorrell, the miss-
ing arny aviator, was located today.
He was found by Lieutenant J. L.
Parkinson, 20th Infantry, uninjured
but badly in need of food. His gaso-
line had given out and lie was forced
to alight off his route. Ile made his
way in the direction he thought the
American force might be located, and
met Lieutenant Parkinson hunting
him.
Aviators and army officers generally
would not be surprised if an accident
of a serious nature should occur in
the region where the American army
is now operating. The farther Chi-
huahua is penetrated and the higher
the peaks, the more the aviators en-
counter -the rarified currents of air,
telling both upon the lungs of the
operators and the stability of the
machines.
