In order to meet the conveni- ence of a larger number of students, the recitals will be given at 4:30 P. M. instead of 4:15, the hour at which the regular series given during the year takes place. The programs for the most part will last about three- quarters of an hour and will close in time for those who go to dinner at 5:30 o'clock. Considerable variety will be offered and undoubtedly the series will prove more popular than ever. While they are given jrgey for the relaxation of students during the strenuous ex- amination days, the general public of the city of Ann Arbor will also be cordially welcomed. No fee is charged. Patrons are again requested, however, to refrain from bringing small child- ren to the concerts. TEUTON FORCES THREATEN ALBANIA FROM ALL SIDES (Continued from Page One) cipal city in Turkish Armenia, well fortified on modern lines, is reported tonight to have fallen into the hands of the Russians. Official confirmation of the report is still lacking but the city's fall is not doubted here in view of the steady headway made by the Russians since they launched their new powerful offensive in the Cau- casians on January 11, carrying their campaign into the interior of Armenia. The capture of Erzerum if confirmed means the greatest Russian victory in Asia Minor sine the outbreak of the war, overshadowing in importance even the defeat of the Turks at Sari- kamsh a year ago. It is expected to have a strong effect in a moral and military respect upon the operations in Mesopotamia and Persia. Above all it means a powerful stumbling block for the Turks in their much heralded drive against India for which a victory in the Caucasians is condi- tional. Erzerum is a city of about 50,000' population and is a great trade cen- ter. Metal, carpets and leather ware are the principal products. The Athens correspondent of the Daily Mail Tele- graph tonight, "It is stated in reliable headquarters that Persia is about to join the allies officially."
