The great tourist tide that Detroit awaits the
coming summer, has already begun. Visitors
to this city will find at B. Siegel Co.'s a cheery
welcome. Out of town patronage we consider
a compliment-an acknowledgment of nation-
wide prestige. Visitors will find at this store
w i d e hospitality, unsurpassed service, and
timely opportunities to select women's outer
garments at "money saved" prices. To all a
welcome is extended to visit the largest, ex-
clusive women's and children's garment house
in America, and learn of the trinity of B.
Siegel Co.'s advantages-STYLE, QUALITY,
SERVICE.

Welcome!

DO IT TODAY
"A conspicuous sign in the road
down hill is "DO IT TOMORROW."
Don't let this be YOUR handicap but
call 1978 TODAY asking that a man
be sent out to tell you about the new
endowment policy being issued by the
New York Life. The automobile with
the Michigan "M" is a field office main-
tained for this purpose during the
closing days of school. The cost of
the above policy is low at practically
life premium rates. It will take care

of you if you- should become totally
and permanently disabled, provides for
your old age, and pays double the face
of policy if death occurs by acci-
dent while traveling on a common car-
rier. You owe it to those who made
your attendance at Michigan possible
to at least look into the merits of this
policy. You may think you can't af-
ford it just now but even that difficulty
might be overcome. T. A. Lowry, 115
N. Thayer, phone 1978.

JITS TAKE CHAMPIONSHIP
Defeats Junior Engineers 4 to 0 in
Snappy Contest
In a snappy seven-inning contest
featured by several thrilling plays the
junior !its yesterday wvon the campus
championship from the junior engi-
neers in the intercass baseball league
by a score of 4 to 0.
Codd for the winners pitched fault-
less ball, allowing but three bingles,
no two of which camne in the same
round, and was given the same class
of support by hts teammates. He was
in danger of being scored on but once
when Pollock reached third, with only
one down, in the fifth frame, but a
quick fielding play by himself and a
spectacular catch of a high fly by
Johnson while running backward at
full speed killed whatever chances the
boilermakers may have had of staging

The above lineup faces M. A.
C. this afternoon. The game will
be called at 4:05 o'clock. Brown
will probably twirl for the Ag-
gies.
