CIGARETTES ARE NOT
UNHEALTHY
UTike everything else life they
Bmust be used in moderation. You
find you get more enjoyment out
of one or two carefully chosen cigar-
ettes after morning coffee than from a
package of those which are merely
'Smokes'. The bestfor you, may notbe
igaes
but we would like you to try them this
morning before you forget.

WATCH THIS FELLOW!
Lawrence Butler, Shortridge High
School, Indianapolis, Ind.
Entered in Interscholastic meet in
100-yard dash, 220-yard dash, 440-
yard run, broad jump and half-mile
relay.
In a dual meet at Washington, Ind.,
recently, Butler was caught in the
century at 9:4-5 by one watch, and at
10 seconds flat by the other two. He
then did the 220 in 23 1'-, and the
444 in 54 seconds. The broad jump
is a- new event to him, but he suc-
ceeded in jumping 20 feet 9 3-4 inches,
completing a very noteworthy after-
noon's work.
Butler has many close friends
among Michigan alumni, who are
anxious that he devote his collegiate
athletic endeavors to the Maize and
Blue.

Right thinking, clean living, good eating of properly prepared food amid pleasant
surroundings-These things, per,4istently sought for and always demanded, until they
