At the beginning of the canvass three weeks ago, the list numbered 1030. Of the men visited in the recent canvass, about 40 per cent signed the pledges. R. M. Goodrich, '17L, was the high man in the independent campaign, se- curing 19 cards in the two rounds of the campus. E. D..Crumpacker, '16E, was second with 18, while Richard McKean, '16, was third with 12 and Harold Jerome, '15E, was fourth with 10..
