Meetings will be held at this time and place, the second and fourth Wednesdays of every month, for the rest of the year. The question of renaming the com- mittee is of importance, due to the fact that at other colleges the name Self GovernmentAssociation applies to the larger body, corresponding to the Women's League. To avoid con- fusion at intercollegiate conferences, it is therefore considered advisable to find some other name for the smller commttee at Michigan, which islarge- ly judicial in its function, and subsi- dary to the Woman's League. "Judiciary Council" has already been proposed as a suitable name. Other suggestions may be placed in the "Suggestion Box" in the library. An investigation of the direct sys- tem of representation on the Women's League, in use at other colleges, will be conducted, with a view of supplant- ing the present system, which is be- lieved to be inadequate by many mem- bers of the committee. Two Michigan women will be sent to the Intercollegiate Self-Govern- ment conference, to be held at North- western University sometime during November.
