HIGH CLASS TAILORING
Is the keynote of our success. For 27
years we have been masters in the
Art of Tailoring. Our finished gar-
rient looksright, wears right, and
stays right 'till the fabric is worn out.
These qualities are in addition to the
distinction, individuality, and exclus-
iveness that makes our tailoring stand
out from the commonplace.

Dormitories are going to play a
large part i.n changing the life of the
independent, woman student. In the
past, her position has not been alto-
gether enviable. Not making a sorori-
ty is taken more seriously among wom-
en than not making a fraternity af-
fects men. A tan may have friends
regardless of affiliations; a woman is
ihore hampered. Then, too, the iractIi-
cal consideration of having a modern-
1y-equipped plae in which to live is
an advantage.
There is something sociable about
dormitories-something . that savors
pleasantly of what college ought to be.
In a measure, the dokmitories will sup-
plant sororities. Any fraternity is
weakened in its influence as such at
a college where dormitory residence is
compulsory. But this will not be se-
rious. The assuring thing to remem-
ber is that the average woman will go
through Michigan a great deal more
conveniently and happily when. the
dormitory system is in operation.
The wit is abroad who accuses the
