religious influence in our everyday life,
if we will only grasp them," said Dr.

than 150 women were present at the
meeting, which was in the nature of a
follow-up for the mobilization week

This afternoon's talk, to be given

develop the subject further. Those de-f

appointment.

MICHIAN 903; KANSAS (ETS S93
Kansas State "Aggies" met defeat
when the Michigan rifle team shot
against them, in the third of its match-
es scheduled in the intercollegiate ri-
fle league. Michigan scored 903 to
the 893 totaled by the Kansas team.
This places Michigan at the head of
the class "C" group, by having won
every match.
Final arrangements were completed
for the formation of the shooting class
which will be held from 1:00 o'clock
to 5:00 o'clock at the Ann Arbor armo-
ry next Saturday, only inexperienced
members of the Rifle club being eligi-
ble to enroll in the course.
The date of the next match, original-
ly set as next Saturday, has. been
changed, and the match will be shot
next Friday Instead. Under the new
system, recently put into operation,
the team will be composed of the men
on last week's team who registered
the five highestkscores, and five other
men to be picked on, their showing
during the week. These men will com-
pete during the wveek for the remaining
five berths on the team, and their se-
lection will be .announced Thursday
morning.
A movement is being started by the
club to increase its membership, and
with this idea in mind, a State street
window has been decorated to inter-
est university students. The window
contains a display of the Rifle club
targets and paraphernalia.
