Gray heirs, of Detroit, announced to the regents yes- terday their intention of providing an anuual fund of $375 for 10 years, to be distributed as testimonials in public speaking. The official designation wil be, "The John S. Gray Medals and Tes- timonials for Public Speaking." Although the details have not been announced, they wil provide for a $50 cash payment to each of six students, and gold medals in addition.
