Mr. Charles D. Kountz, '42L, author
of the new song "That Michigan
Band," has announced that he has as-
signed all rights and royalties for
the piece to the Varsity band.
!The only occasion,, at which the
song has been heard so far, was at
the mass meeting before the Penn=
sylvania game, when it was sung by
Chase B. Sikes; '16E. An effort -will
be made to have it further 'introduced
in future concerts.
