New England men will meet Sunday afternoon at the Michigan Union with this purpose-the effecting of an or- ganization that will "Boost Michigan in New England." This comes almost simultanepusly with the formation of4 the Dixie club, the Kallamazoo - club, and the reorganization of other sec- tional clubs. During the past summerl groups of Michigan men throughout the country formed Michigan clubs un- der the leadership, in most cases, of undergraduates or recent graduates. The movement is one of the most sig- nal propagandas for, good that the uni- versity has yet fostered. These New England men promise anx innovation as a basis for organization,. They do not plan a string of social events as a sole excuse for living. In- stead, their function and aim will beĀ£ We spent another cent on a postage- due contrib yesterday. ENGINEERS ASSIST IN SURVEYVING AU SABLE RIVER FOR POWER DAM A trip.to the Au Sable river for the purpose of assisting in power dam sur- veying is being planned for the classes in water power development in the en- gineering department.
