"The death of Sampson was due to
I accidental drowning," stated Coroner
l'. A. Clark. "His death was caused
by a cramp which resulted when he was
suddenly immersed in the cold water.
From what I can learn he was a mian
of excellent physique, and of exeni-
ulary habits. 1 do not believe that his
heart was weak, and his death cannot
be ascribed to the shock of the sud-
den immersion. Everything possible
