Women of the executive board of the Women's league will vote upon the following amendments to the League constitution at the next meeting May 10, preparatory to organizing 'a perma- nent self-governing council for wom- en : Each sorority and league house hav- ing the same qualifications as a soror-~ ity shall nominate two of their mm- bers to serve on the executive board of the league. From such nominations one representative for each of the above organizations shall be eected at the general election in May. New groups, either sorority or inde- pendent, entitled to representation on the league board, arisng between tim- es of the general election shall submit two nominations for delegates to the executive committee which body shall elect one of the nominees as represen- tative. A league house shall be constituted to mean a house in which the majority: are independent girls. Such a house shall have parlor privileges and self- government and have been approved by the dean of women and the presi- dent of the league. Two-delegates at large may be elect- ed from nominations made by the ex- ecutive committee, at the general elec- tion to represent girls outside of league houses and sororities. Nominations may be made during the first fourteen days in May, and must be posted "a week before the elec- tion, which shall be any time between the middle and end of May. FEATURE ENGINEER EXHIIBIT.
