WOMEN'S G-LEE CLUB WILL
FEATURE TWO SELECTIONS.
"Dinah Doe," a darky melody., and
"The Two Clocks," two glee club se-
lections will be the features of the
annual concert and dance of the wom-
en's glee club in Barbour gym, Satur-
day evrening at 8:00 o'clock. The for-
mer is a costune character sketch
with music, full of laughs and funny
strains. The latter is a snappy selec-
tion about one of the proverbial
grandfather clocks and a little French
clock. Tickets are 35 cents.
CANINE ELITE MAY START
WEARING OF MUZZLES SOON
The amendment to the city ordi-
nance reguiating the harboring of
dogs will come up at the next ses-
sion of the city common council Mon-
day evening for final action. It has
had its second reading and opinion
prevails that its passage is a certain-
ty. There are more than 500 regis-
tered dogs in Ann Arbor, many of
them bull dogs, against whom the pro-
posed amendment is directed. If the
amendment goes into effect, all bull
dogs will be required to wear muz-
zles.
TRIP TO CHICAGO
IS UP TO ALUMNI
Union Opera Wil fGo to Windy City
if Grads Guarantee
Support.
TO STAGE TWO PERFORMANCES.
With permission already granted for
taking 'Contrarie Mary" to Chicago
for presentation in that city May 10 or
24, the matter of making ti.e trip now
rests with Windy City alumni. S. E.
Thomason, '04, who was in Ann Arbor
last week for the purpose of promul-
gating the tour, has returned to Chi-
cago, and it is understood that he is
now busy interesting Cook county
graduates in the project.
Before coming here, Mr. Thomason
secured the indorsement of the Chica-
go Alumni association, which decided
tentatively to sponsor the expedition.
It only remains now to gain enough
support in Chicago to assure the Mich-
igan Union management- of enough
funds to warrant the trip.
Practically the entirercast and cho-
rus will be taken on the western
journey., necessitating the transporta-
tion of 100 men, besides a carload of
scenery. It is planned to stage two
performances, and from the experience
of other college operas in Chicago, it
is expected that large crowds will
greet the Michigan performers.
If the Chicago trip is made, it will
not only be the first time that a Un-
ion show has ever been given out-of-
town, but also the largest organization
of Michigan men to be taken to an-
other city for an exhibition of any
kind.

in every college man's life that he know how to take pictures.
Can you conceive of a better opportunity than you now have to
learn how?
The Michigan student who fails to take advantage of this
opportunity is making a great mistake.
You can buy a Kodak from $3.oo up to $150.oo, according to
the amount you want to invest, and any one of them will take
good pictures.
You can rent them, good ones, for ioc per day.
We furnish them for you better and cheaper than anywhere
in the United States.
