CLASSES TO VOTE
ON HONOR SYSTEM
Several classes in the education de-
partment are considering the estab-
lishment of the honor system. Prof.
C. 0. Davis suggested the matter to
his classes Monday, and they will de-
cide the matter at the regular sessions
this morning.
"In' my ind the honor system will
not mean any radical change," said
Prof. Davis yesterday. "I have alwvays
considered that my students were up-
on honor in writing an examrination.
It will simply mean writing a state-
ment at the end of the blue-book' that
the pupil has neither received nor giv-
en any aid. It will not involve dis-
closing the conduct of anyone else."
Prof. Davis has three classes this
semester, with an enrollment of about
150 pupils who will be affected by thce
new policy if it is decided to adopt it.

the American students who speak
Spanish. At the meeting last night
men were present from Mexico, Porto
Rico, Argentina and Peru,, beside
some native Americans.
Temipora ry organization was accom-
plished and plans for the year discuss-

porary chairman, and W. M. Srahan
temporary secretary. A committee
was appointed to draft a constitution.
It is intended to have informal gather-
ings every two weeks between the
regular meetings, the next of which
