Mullendore, '14, was taken ill iith diplhtheria Thursday afternoon.; Dr. H. ll Cmngs, who is In charge of the University Health Service, at-1 tended him today, and administered aniti-toxin. A culture w. taken and the case was pronounced a mild one. Mullendore was quarantined at his home 1315 hill street, and' the only three students who were exposed were all given anti-toxin. It is not known where he contracted the disease asI there are no other casesnreported in the city. Doctor Cummings stated that there is no danger of a spread of the disease.
