Another use now sug-gests itself for, the Convocations, which might be held in the future with greater regularity and frequency-that of arousing and sustaining "Mlichigan Spirit." The disorganized condition of this great, cosmopolitan student body has had its natural result upon the individual. It has been said, with no small 'amount of reason, that the present student' body is. less loyal, or at least less dem- onstrative, than the student bodies of the past. It is not to be wondered atE It is to be sincerely hoped that the Convocation idea, "the Michigan Hour" plan, wrill rec eive the attention it merits, that definite and frequent dlates; will be set for meetings of the, students and faculty to sing Michigan song,,s and hear Mi1chigan speeches by IStraw fHats.
