PHI BETA KAPPA OPENS LECTURE The first public lecture given under the auspices of the Phi Beta Kappa honorary scholastic society proved a distinct success yesterday afternoon when Dr. George F. Woodberry appear- ed in Sarah Caswell Angell hal be- ! fore a large audience of students and1 faculty members. Dr. Woodberry is a11{ former member of the faculty of Co- lumbia University and is now lectuing at Wisconsin University.
