Samuel P. Lockwood, conductor of the
University Symphony orchestra, it was
found necessary to omit the concert
scheduled for last night, and instead,
the orchestra will contribute part of
the program at- the faculty concert on
Thursday evening. To combine fur-
ther the week's musical attractions in
one important event, the twilight recit-
al scheduled for this afternoon will be
omitted, and Mr. Moore will offer two
numbers at the faculty concert. The
remainder of the program will be com-
posed of violin, vocal and piano selec-
tions by Anthony J. Whitmire, William
Howland and :Harry Stevens respect-
ively.

To Play in Hill Auditorium
The regular April faculty concert, to
be given Thursday evening, April 2,
will be held in Hill auditorium, and
will be complimentary to the general
public. This change of place from the
high school hall was made in order to
accommodate the 'large number of
members of the Michigan School Mas-
ters' club, which will be in session the
latter part of the week. It was also
desirable that the large organ in Hill
auditorium should be brought into play
it this time.
On account of the illness of Mr.

tains a one-act farce comedy entitled
"When Women Rule," in which a cast

of six players show the humorous side
of the suffragette question. Miss Veni-
ta Gould is another feature on the
bill; her impersonations of George Co-
han, Ethel Barrymore and Eddie Foy
are decidedly clever.
