-Senior enngineers will have their
last chance to get invitations at the
engineering society's rooms tomorrow
from 11:00 to 12:00 o'clock.
-Prof. T. X. Iden will continue his
lectures on "The Sermon on the
Mount" in the Bible Chair building at
4:10 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.
-Mr. Rene Talamon will speak before
the Cercle Francais at 5:00 o'clock in
Tappan hall, Tuesday, March 31, on
"Racine et la tragedie classique fran-
caise."
-Two of the opera song hits will be
featured at the Musical- club concert
to*be given Thursday afternoon in Hill
auditorium. "Waldo Fellows, will sing,
"If I Could Only Find a Girl," and the
Glee club will give "The Language of
Love."
-Senior lits will meet Tuesday at 4:00
o'clock in tIe west physics lecture
room. Paul Blanshard will report on
caps and gowns.
-The second of the series of art lec-
tures given by Wilfred B. Shaw, secre-
tary of the alumni association, will
take place next Tuesday evening at
McMillan Hall. Mr. Shaw's subject
will be "Japanese Art."

-The annual exhibit of the Society of
American Illustrators will continue
in Memorial hall until April 7. An ad-
mission fee of 25 cents is charged to
all who are not members of the Ann
Arbor Art Association.
-At the Dixie club meeting .Friday
night, it was decided to hold a smoker
and "Card Mixer" at the Union on
Tuesday, April 7, for the Dixie men
who will spend spring vacation in Ann
Arbor.
-University hospital authorities re-
ported yesterday that the condition of
H. A. Arnold, '17D, and Fred L. Van
Volsen, '14L, were much improved.
Both have almost entirely recovered
from their attacks of blood poison and
will be able to leave the hospital in a
few days.
-Judge James 0. Murfin, of Detroit,
member of the board in control of ath-
letics, was in the city yesterday after-
noon inspecting the work on the new
stadium. He also watched the base-
ball squad work out, and attended the
Cornell meet.
-According to physicians at the uni-
versity hospital, the condition of Pedro
A. Piza, '17E, was improved yester-
day. Piza was operated on last week
for an abscess of the lung.
--Prof. E. P., Turner, of the English
history department, will give a lecture
under the auspices of the Detroit
Equal Suffrage Association on "The
History of Woman Suffrage in Eng-
land," at 3:00 o'clock today.
