The student who is given to boisterous sprees and riotous pastimes, has cause topause and ponder and inquire. Stripped of all exaggerations and literary embellishments, here is what happens to the student that is arrest- ed. He is thrown into a dirty cell among unclean people, murderers, thieves and cutthroats. Imagine the petty heckling, the innum- erable conferences, the disputes and the unnecessary hatreds! From the students' standpoint, the system is equally obnoxious. Individual responsibility must be emphasized and encouraged by our universities, if we expect to graduate real leaders.
