Garrick Theater
Winthrop Ames, under whose direc-
tion "Prunella" will be presented at
the Garrick theater, Detroit, this week,
promies a refreshing surprise. "Pru-
nella" is a fantasy in three acts by
Lawrence Housman and Granville
Barker to which Joseph Moorat has
added some delightful music. The
costuming is fully up to the Ames'
idea of beauty and artistry, and the
stage effects are thoroughly worth
while. Marguerite Clark and Ernest
Glendenning will be seen as Prunella
and Pierrot respectively,
