Alleged Northwestern Student Fined
D. R. Chaffee, who claimed to hail
from :northwestern university, was
'fined $10 and costs in Justice W. G.
Doty's court yesterday afternoon, for
selling neckwear to fraternities in the
city.' The specific offence was the vio-
lation of the city ordinance against
