One of the new additions is "African Camp Fires," by Stewart Edward White, '95. -A new set of pictures in thje Meister- bilder des 19ten. jahrhunderts series, have been placed in the library hall cases. -The date for the annual spring party of the Barristers, Vulcans and Druids !has been set for March 6 at the Mich- igan Union. The dance will be form- al. -fraternity, class, and club contracts for space in the 1914 Michiganensian must be paid for before February 1, according to the announcement made today by the editors of the year book. Star Athlete Announces Engagement, David Allerdice, '10E, of Indianapo- lis, Ind., has announced his engage- ment to Miss Webber, of Dallas, Tex- as. The marriage will take place about February 15. Texas University has signed Allerdice as coach for another two years. As captain of the Varsity football team, "Dave" achieved con- siderable fame, by playing part of the Pennsylvania contest in 1908, with a broken collar bone. When in college, Allerdice was a member of Delta Upsilon fraternity, and Triangle, Vulcans, and Michi- gamna societies. Two members of 1912 Class Marry. Joseph G. Black, '10-'12L, and Kreimhild Georg, '12, were married in Ann Arbor, New Year's day. They are to live in Council Bluffs, Iowa, where the groom teaches oratory in the Central High School.
