Sadler, of the naval architectural department, is being built in the naval tank room at the engineering build- ing. The instrument, when completed, will be used by the classes in naval architecture to take the speed and thrust of paddles and wheels of vari- ous types, designed after those used on ocean and lake vessels. -The Foresters of the University of Michigan, the quarterly magazine pub- lished by the students of the forestry department, will be issued the latter part of this month.
