HELP THE TEAM.
The best way you can show your loy-
alty to Michigan's team is to help send
the band to Cornell.
The Cornell trip is too expensive for
many of us, but a' small contribution
to the band trip is within reach of all.
The team will be in the enemy's
land. "The Victors" will help a lot
to stiffen the spines of the alumni and
to cheer the team on.
CURSES!'
We hoped for a sane, unprejudiced
discussion of the Conference question.

We do not know whom we have to
thank for the added attraction. But we
do know that he must have been
pushed to the extremity for argu-
ments.
We are getting worldly wise. We
have learned that there are ways and

league occurs on Friday next from
4:00 to 6:00 o'clock. There will be a
short program, followed by dancing.
Those who have not already joined
the league may do so at this time, and
those who have joined are requested
to bring their receipts.

The regular weekly meetings of the
University Y. W. C. A. will hereafter
be held Sunday afternoon at 4:30
o'clock instead of Tuesday afternoon.
The new point system regarding
outside activities, which is still being
worked on by the committee, is large-I
ly in the way of an experiment. It is
based upon systems which have prov-
ed successful in other colleges, and
these are being modified to meet the
situation at Michigan. If there are
any who have criticisms or sugges-
tions to make they should present the
matter to Miss Helen Mahon, chair-
man of the committee, and it will great-
ly simplify the work of obtaining a+
satisfactory system.
