(Continued from page 1.) nesday of this week. If you are in- terested in the welfare of your uni- versity, you must vote. Your loyal- ty to Michigan demands that you vote, no matter which way your vote is cast. The interviews of the last few days will not be counted as votes. We merely wish to arouse interest by the interviews and that has been accom- plished. Follow the regulations or your vote will not count. REGARDING THE COUNTING. The votes of the students and the faculty will not be published until the three days voting period is over. We do this because we do not care to have public opinion sway you. We want you to vote your convictions. A balanced board will count and accept the votes. Men authorized by this board will collect the votes. When they are chosen, their names will be published. COMMUNICATION. (C'ontinued from page 1.) our athletic director, has authorized the statement that the claim of the Daily that Pennsylvania intends to drop Michigan and take on Harvard is entirely without foundation. In the first place Pennsylvania is not likely to be on the Harvard schedule for some time. Dartmouth was dropped only last year by the Cambridge au- thorities because they said it was too bard a game to come just before the Princeton and Yale contests. Would they be likely then to substitute Penn- sylvania, knowing as they do from ex- perience the strength of the Quakers? But let us assume that Pennsylvania should resume relations with Har- vard. There would still be two Sat- urdays open for a game with Michi- gan, for Cornell is played Thanksgiv- ing day. Our eastern relations are not in danger. Mr. Bartelme says that he has received positive assurances from both Cornell and Pennsylvania that they are as anxious as we are to continue our present athletic rela- tions. M. C. M.
