Meeting of the 1913 engineers at room 311 new engineering building to- night at 7 o'clock. SOPHOMORES WILL SECURE LOW RATES TO PUT-IN-BAY. Special Car and Boat Will Carry 1914 Class and Geologists to Destination. With . the proviso that 150 sopho- mores board the Ann Arbor to Put-in- Bay special, June 1, for the class out- ing, the Michigan Central will give the second year men a special car to De- troit and a special boat from Detroit to the bay. The rate from Ann Arbor to Detroit and return will be announc- ed as soon as the General Passenger Agent wires to the local agent. The outing as planned will embrace more entertaining and unique features than any class frolic yet attempted, say the second year committeemen, for the train and boat trip, which in itself is conducive to a jollification, and the advantages of the place chosen, amply make up for the slightly higher tax. A novel set of plans have been drawn up for the day's program, and only a lack of sophs will dampen the ardor of the first 1914 Day. Taking advantage of the rates and facilities, Prof. Hobs will conduct his geology tour over the same route on the chosen date. About 30 geologists will make the jaunt. VAiLE MAY RECOVER FROM INJURIES OF HIGH FALL.
