CERCLE FRANCAIS POSTPONES
SPRING DANCE INDEFINITELY
Due to the fact that the, French
Cercle is rehearsing vigorously for.
"Le Monde ou l'on s'ennuye," which
will be produced in Detroit Saturday
evening, the spring dance which was
to have been held tomorrow night at
the Golf Club, has been postponed in-
definitely, awaiting some other, ar-
rangement for an annual spring out-
ing to close the activities of the year.
The last meeting of the Cercle-
Francais will be held at its club room
in the north wing next Monday even-
ing at 8:30. Officers for the coming
year will be elected, and the manage
ment urges all active members to ap-
pear at this meeting.
ECONOMICS PROFESSORS LEAVE
FOR CONFERENCE IN CHICAGO.
Professors F. M. Taylor, E. D. Jones
and H. S. Smalley, of the economics;
department, will attend an economic
conference of middle western universi-
ties to be held in Chicago Friday and
Saturday. Professors Taylor and
Jones will leave tomorrow evening
while Professor Smalley will go to-
day as he is a member of the commit-'
tee which started the conference.
