SENIOR GIRLS DEFEAT
.JUNIORS IN CLOSE GAMIE.
The senior girls defeated the jun-
iors in a close basket ball game yes-
terday afternoon by a score of 3 to 2.
The juniors having won the first game
of the series another game will have~
to be played to decide who plays the
first year girls for the' championship.
This game will probably be played
Tuesday afternoon at 5 o'clock at
Barbour gymnasium.
Post Pinochle Tournament List.:
Four couples have entered the Mich-
igan 'Union auction pinochle tourna-
ment. The list was posted yesterday
and the number of entries will inl-
crease materially within the .next .few
days, it is expected. Playing will start
'next Wednesday evening at -7 :30
o'clock.
Seat Sale for French Play Begins.
Seat sale for the Cercle. Francais
annual play, "Le Monde ou l'on s'en-
nuie" will begin today at the ticket
window in University hall and will
be conducted there daily until fur-
ther niotice, from 9 to 12 a. m. and
from 2 to 4' p. m.
