MICHIGAN rs Experience in the Manufacture of Fraternity Jewelry FARMERS FALL BEFORE ATTACK OF WOLVERINES. , (Continued from page 1.) C.'s 5-yard line but the Aggies held and the quarter ended with the ball on the 10-yard line. In the second quarter, Michigan went on three occasions to within al- most striking distance of the Aggie goal-line, only to be held for downs. In the last few minutes, Gifford got around the Wolverine right end for 40 yards and the session ended with the ball in Michigan's possession on her own 20-yard line. A 40-yard run by Hill in the third quarter, followed by a successful for- ward pass, gave the Farmer's their chance and Hill made good with a beautiful field goal from the 35-yard chalk mark. A little later, long end runs by Carpell brought the ball to the M. A. C. 20-yard line and Conklin goaled. Herrington went in for Tor- bet at half. An exchange of punts left the ball at the end of the quarter on the M. A. C. 30-yard line and in their possession. Early in the last quarter a perfect forward pass, Thomson to Wells, brought the ball to the Aggie 10-yard line. M. A. C. was penalized five more. From here Wells went the width of the field and around right end for a touch- down. On the kick-off Thomson made 55 yards. Wells added five more. Thomsonthen went 35 yards on an end run, going across from here on the next down. The game ended with the ball in the Farmer's possession in the middle of the field.
