COLORED MOTION PICTURES -EXHIBITED BEFORE'?MEDICS. F. M. Loomis, '12, medic, addressed the University Clinical Society and members of the Medical department last evening in the west amphitheater of the Medical building. His lecture was illustrated with original photo- graphs which he has collected in his study of pathological subjects. Through the courtesy of the National Cash Register Company of Dayton, Ohio, moving pictures, showing the so- cial evils in this country, were thrown on the screen. Last summer, Loomis, in the interests of this company, di- rected the taking of these pictures which have been exhibited to the em- ployees of the Dayton firm. The reels of pictures were taken at great ex- pense in original color by an imported Kinemacolor outfit, and were never be- fore shown to a public audience.
