COSMOPOLITAN CLUB ADVOCATES
SIGNING OF FOREIGN TREATIES.
A petition to the committee on for-
eign relations of the United States
Senate asking for the adoption of the
pending treaties with Great Britain
and France without amendments is
being circulated under the auspices of
the cosmopolitan club of the Univer-
sity. It was received by Professor J.
S. Reeves, of the political science de-
partment, from the Intercollegiate
Peace Association of the United States.
The signing of he petition is not con-
fined to students alone and faculty
members may sign. All those inter-
ested in the petition should call up
President Welsh of the cosmopolitan
club.
