C., and President McNair of the Michigan School of Mines at Houghton, will hold a meeting next Wednesday at the, Pontchiartrain, De- troit. A study of the matter of dupli- cation of courses, is the purpose of the conference. It is not known in just what way the work of any of the three institutions ruay duplicate that of another, nor is it certain that any such repetitions do exist, so that what the meeting will accomplish or what will be the result is impossible to predict.
