C. where he will aid the Block Signal and I Train Control committee in preparing. its annual report for the Interstate Commerce Commission. He will be gone about ten days. Scott Talks in Memorial Hall. Prof. Scott's lectures on "The Gen- esis of Speech" will be delivered today and on Tuesday and Thursday of next week at 2 p. m.
