adopted sever~al amendments to~ the
constitution of the association, the

Watkins Leaves for. Oxford.
James K. Watkins, 'O9 probationary
officer of the Detroit courts,. and. win-
ner, of the Rhodes scholarship, sailed
for England last Saturday -to enter
Oriel College at Oxford. Catkins will
spend three years at the English in-

Expected Back From Argentina.
Mrs. S. S. Hussey is expected back
from La .Plata, Argentina, where Prof.
Hussey has charge of the observatory,
the latter part of this week. It is
