The University Activities Center is the
largest student-run programming organization at
the University of Michigan. UAC's
mission is to provide quality programming
that is both entertaining and enriching to
students, faculty, and staff.
UAC is composed of fourteen committees,
each involving students in the planning and
execution of a variety of events both on and
off campus. Whether it's theater, comedy,
music, dance, movies, or just plain old
partying-UAC committees can make it happen!

Open to both music and non-music majors.

MUSKET
Interested in musical theater. Musket
performs one large-scale production each
semester.
THE RUDE MECHANICS
A theater group for non-theater majors.
Shakespeare is performed in the fall and a
contemporary play is performed in the
Spring.
SPEAKER INITIATIVE
Bring political and social figures to campus
to address the concerns of students. Past
speakers include Spike Lee, Gloria Steinam,
and James Carville.
