Dreisbach, an undrafted free ent signed by the Raiders in 1999, arrested early Saturday and rged with resisting arrest and ttery on a police officer. The Wolverines won the Big Ten Championships, the Central Region Championships and fin- ished second at the NCAA Championships. Rothstein, who coached Michigan for five years as a club sport and the past five years as a varsity sport, won the Big Ten Coach of the Year and the CRCA Centreal Region Coach of the Year earlier as well, repeating both feats from the year 2000. This season was the second straight year Michigan finished first in the Big Ten Championships and the fourth straight Rothstein year in which the Wolverines ended In the top five at the NCAAs. The second varsity eight boat won the program's first NCAA title as it continued its undefeated season through the nationalchampionships. The first varsity eight and second varsity four boats entered the NCAAs without a loss, but finished third and second at nationals, respectively.
