CIAL VENDOR FAIR at 3 campus are a
locations during its 1996 Fall Student Move-
In, August 26-30. The Vendor Fair allows
students to acquire items for outfitting their
residence hall rooms. Vending by non-
registered commercial agents is not permitted
at or near UM residence halls during move-In
days. Guidelines for the Commercial Vend-
ing Program, which are available now
through May 20, 1996, provide information
for reserving space, vendor fees, and
specifics related to vendor sites. To receive a
