With a new head coach, offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator, many would think life would be a little hectic around Schembechler Hall. It's not. "We're going to have no ex- cuses for failure," said new Michigan head coach Lloyd Carr. "We expect play Ohio State in the last game of the year for the Big Ten Championship." Expectations are as they have always been this time of year in Ann Arbor. The Wolverines should win and that is what they ae prepared to do. Returning players report for two-a- days tomorrow, but most have actually been working out all summer. Many a weight has been lifted, many a mile has 'been run. "We'll be ready," said linebacker Jarrett Irons in June. "Coach Carr is a Michigan man and we have a good team coming back. We'll be ready." The Wolverines have only three weeks of six-hour practices before their first test: Virginia in the Pigskin Classic at Michigan Stadium Aug. 26.
