Miller wins conference award

WASHINGTON, D.C.- As a

editor Scott G. Miller won the
William Reed Award for writing last
week. The award, which carries with
it a $1,000 prize, designates the top
sports writer in the Big Ten.
"The award once again shows the
superiority of the Michigan Daily
sports staff," said Miller. "We al-
