The Ann Arbor Citizen's Advi - sory Committee on Rape Preven - tion sponsored the third annual Sex - ism in Advertising contest designed to better examine the images of wo - men presented in the media. CACORP holds a competition each year for the most sexist adver - tisement, both locally and nation - ally. In the national competition, a Georges Marciano advertisement won with more than 200 of the 350 votes received. McCabe said she and the other members of the CACORP were in the process of drafting Mar - ciano a letter informing him of his dubious honor. This year's local competition, which is intended to include adver - tisements from the entire Ann Ar - bor community, featured only Uni - versity ads.
