Paciorek's homer highlighted a four- run Chicago third. Rudy Law and Scott Fletcher hit successive doubles to give the Sox a 1-0 lead. Following a two-out walk to Greg Luzinski, Paciorek got a fly ball just over the left-field fence for his sixth homer of the season on a 1-0 pitch, scoring Fletcher and Luzinski ahead of him.
