(AP)- Senior Blaine Willenborg won the clinching match yesterday as the UCLA Bruins defeated Pepperdine, 5-1, to capture their 14th NCAA Tennis Championship. The senior-dominated Bruin team clinched the match in singles play. Glenn Michibata, the No. 1 singles player for Pepperdine, defeated the Bruins' Marcel Freeman, 6-3, 6-3, for the Waves' only victory. Willenborg defeated John Van Nostrand, 5-7, 6-3, 6-2, in the No. 3 singles match to clinch the triumph for UCLA.
