Cartoons-1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 p.m. IN THE STREET: Popcorn, drinks, artifacts-photos, prints, postcards and T-shirts will be sold. Artists include: Bill Shurtliff, Michael Zane, Margaret Amrine, and Carl Volk. IN THE ALLEY: A continuous slide show with commentary on historic Ann Arbor and the Michigan Theater. (A small fee may be charged) * Price for films will be $2 for adults and $1 for children. Second Chance will be sponsoring music and entertainment by local artists. Events will be held in front of the building and will be held Wed-Sat. until 11 p.m. Pizza Bob's Midtown Cafe and Rick's American Cafe will be presenting live entertainment every night of the Fair, including Saturday. A stage will be set up on State Street and 10 bands will be performing. Music will include everything from Dick Seigel to Newt and the Salamanders. Ann Arbor Bicycle Co-ordinating Committee will be sponsoring a bicycle parking corral on State Street and Washington, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. There will bea 25cfee.
