A guide to free stuff on your birthday
Breakfast - Zingerman's
Get this - Zingerman's, which is known for its high prices, gives
out six free bagels for your birthday. That's right, six bagels of your
choice. Even though the restaurant is pretty far from most dorms
on campus, this deal is a perfect way to start your day.
Lunch - Angelo's
Everyone knows how great its breakfast is. But since the Zing-
erman's free bagel deal is pretty much the best thing ever, Angelo's
has been relegated to the lunch portion of your birthday schedule.
Bringa friend or date, and it's buy one meal, get one free.
Dinner - Chop House
Your birthday might be the only time that eating here will fit
into your measly college budget. Splurge a little for dinner and
you'll get one/(number of guests) off your check. (Sorry, if you
decide to dine alone, your meal's not free, but it's still half off.)
.-' Dinner - Paesano's
If the Chop House isn't your thing, you could try
Paesano's, the Italian restaurant and wine bar, where
you'll get half off your meal. Its only downside? If you
don't have a car, you won't be able to get there.
Dessert - Ben and Jerry's
Free Cone Day isn't the only time you can get free, tasty
treats atBen and Jerry's. If you go to the State St.vendor on your
birthday, they'll give you a free scoop of your choice. Chunky
Monkey? Cherry Garcia? Half Baked? It's up to you.
Drinks - The Brown Jug and
The Arena
For the21-and-over crowd, these two campus bars offer a free
shot on your birthday. But beware - it's bartender's choice.
