"Work-life balance" is a hot topic these days, with employers dangling the phrase over potential hires at every stage of the recruitment process. With all the talk of flexible schedules and flip-flops at the office, we can't really blame your parents for thinking your generation has been, well, coddled a bit. But for whatever reason, no one's talking about how current students also want to make a difference with their professional lives-millennials' aspirations aren't just about having time to catch a movie or hit up happy hour with friends after work. Yes, striking a work-life balance remains students' number- one career goal.
